Post FRIENDS Facilitator Training Evaluation

The following questionnaire is designed to help us evaluate the FRIENDS training programme and subsequent implementation of programmes into schools and other settings.

Information on the training programme is important in learning how successful we are in teaching the major principles involved in early intervention programmes targeting anxiety in children and teenagers.

We ask that you complete this short questionnaire following the training programme. This helps us to determine how successful we were in helping you acquire knowledge in the areas you have had less training.

We are also interested in gathering information on how effective you found the training to be in preparing you for the implementing the FRIENDS programme into your setting.

Training packages focusing on the early intervention of anxiety is a relatively new field; therefore feedback on our training programme is greatly appreciated.
